BRILLIANT Women and UKHospitality invite you to hear the latest independent research findings into what’s holding women back in Hospitality. It spells out and what it takes to unlock potential and develop a talented pipeline of Senior Women Leaders, getting the best from the Bar to the Boardroom.

This is an opportunity to find out how you can continue to build useful equality in the hospitality workplace and connect with other aspiring leaders and those leading the charge.

This original research by Jackie Moody-McNamara and academic John Higgins, in collaboration with Gameshift Leadership Consultancy is based on 32 interviews with men and women, sharing actual experiences and insights from over 35 businesses across hospitality. It also builds on other recent Business School studies and insights from other industries.

There's a lot of talent out there that’s getting unintentionally overlooked. This research spells out what keeps women, and other overlooked groups, from making the contribution they'd like to make. As part of the event we’ll be helping you see what you can do to get valuable conversations going so everybody can contribute to the best of their abilities in your company.

This is a unique opportunity for companies and individuals to come together, to talk, explore and to hear how to unlock the potential, retain talent in your business, accelerate development and importantly, how to ensure your business is attractive to a more diverse range of talented people.
