Catering Guide: Industry Guide To Good Hygiene Practice

UKHospitality has developed advice and a summary of the FSA's scientific review which estimates that around 2.4 million cases of foodborne illness occur every year in the UK. The research suggests that of these an estimated 380,000 cases were linked to food, with eating out accounting for 37% of these.
Social Responsibility Charter
UKH and the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) have joined forces to unveil guidance for tackling under-age gambling in pubs.
Age Verification Testing Protocol
Members of the joint UKH and BBPA Gaming Group has worked to update the Age-Verification Test Protocol. It is suggested that members use the new Protocol which has also been flagged to the Gambling Commission as a part of the action undertaken by members to address under-age gaming in pubs.
