HIT Training - Training on the Principles of Infection Control and Safe Working

Keeping customers and workforce safe is going to be a top priority during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. To support, HIT Training are offering hospitality businesses one complimentary place on their new comprehensive training course- 'Principles of Infection Control and Safe Working'. The four-hour tutor-led online course will provide front-line employees with a solid, working foundation to control and prevent the spread of infection in the workplace. 

The course will give learners the skills to understand the chain of infection and how to break it, methods of protecting themselves and others (including customers) against infection, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and how to implement infection prevention and control procedures safely.

Wireless Social, has partnered with Purple AI to deliver data capture solution through guest Wi-Fi login. The solution will ask guests to login when they first visit a venue, then deliver a unique code to confirm their successful registration. All ongoing track and trace enquiries will then be handled by Wireless Social.

Deliveroo is launching a new in-app function to provide contactless dining. Table Service will launch from 15 July, and will allow you and your customers to stay safe by reducing contact between your staff and customers. The system will allow customers to do everything from ordering to tipping and payment via the Deliveroo app. 

As the service is built into Deliveroo, it will not require customers to download a new app to use, for restaurants using Deliveroo for deliveries or collection to integrate new technology.
