UKHospitality Cymru is the voice of the hospitality industry in Wales, working year-round to represent the interests of businesses across the country.
We engage directly with Welsh Government, local authorities and key stakeholders and relentlessly pursue all opportunities to influence policy, improve implementation and confront and tackle challenges to support the sector’s employers, employees and ambitions for growth.
Hospitality is a cornerstone of the Welsh economy, employing around 165,000 people – approximately one in nine jobs – and contributing £4 billion, or 6% of national GDP. From bustling city centres to rural heartlands and coastal communities, the sector plays a vital role in jobs, tourism and local prosperity.
