We are joined by Chris Harber, Head of Immigration at the Boyes Turner law firm, who will take us through the forthcoming changes to the Right to Work regulations.

He will also outline how recent changes to the Immigration Rules have reduced the portability of Skilled Worker and Graduate Visas.

There is a lot of detail to these reforms but it’s a crucially important area of public policy that we have to be familiar with.

There will be plenty of time for questions.
