Following sweeping changes to the legal migration regime announced by Government in December, UKHospitality has partnering with expert immigration lawyers, Boyes Turner, and delivered webinar on what to expect.
The changes announced included variations to the salary threshold for access to the skilled worker visa route and changes for dependants. The webinar looked at what this means in practice and also what businesses can do to process visas ahead of the deadline. It also explored other opportunities that exist within the immigration system.
We also looked at what any future immigration system might look like.
