Busting the myth of the 16 hour rule webinar with DWP

UKHospitality in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions bring you a webinar that will bust the myth of the 16 hour rule for recipients of universal credit. This myth may act as a barrier for recruitment teams if they don’t fully understand what this means and can impact existing employees who think they can not work more than 16 hours for fear of impacting their benefits. 

The webinar will also cover the Government’s Better Off Calculator which is a practical tool to help employees and HR teams to explain how you are better off working more hours. A workshop conducted with Five Guys, Burger King, Costa, Starbucks, Leonardo Hotels, Valor Hospitality and others, made it clear that recruiters would significantly benefit from greater awareness in this area.
