Industry leaders and innovators from across Europe will come together at London’s iconic QEII Centre for RCP360, to explore the future of waste management, cleaning, hygiene, and sustainability in the hospitality industry.
With a focus on a sustainable future for housekeeping and hospitality, attendees will benefit from insightful thoughts from UKHospitality’s policy manager, Jack Quick, as well as The Merrion Hotel’s sustainability and inventory manager, Marcin Sady and Biffa’s head of partnerships, Carla Brian, among others.
Sustainable hotel operations expert Aileen Williamson will also be running a workshop on sustainable housekeeping aimed at senior housekeepers, operations managers and general managers. This interactive session will run through how to carry out a waste audit, measuring your carbon footprint and practical ways housekeeping can reduce energy and water use.
