Employment Rights Act – flexible working

Government has committed to introducing more flexible working arrangements for employees, and making flexible working 'the default'.
A consultation has now been launched into what this might look like, with a number of issues important to hospitality included.
UKHospitality has engaged closely on this issue and has secured a number of inclusions in the consultation where the Government has recognised the unique circumstances within hospitality.
