Hospitality Graduate Apprenticeship Program: next steps

This five-year, work-based programme is designed to create a pipeline of future hospitality leaders, offering an alternative to the traditional graduate route. It will launch nationally in September 2025, with first cohorts starting in January 2026.

The programme includes Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7 apprenticeships, allowing flexibility based on where learners enter the business – all fully fundable through your apprenticeship levy or via 95% government co-investment.
