Alpine Conference 2024

This year, we’re taking to the slopes in Mayrhofen, Austria, indulging in some fabulous skiing, networking with industry peers and après ski.

Mayrhofen is part of the Zillertal ski area, consisting of five resorts: the Penken ski area has around 140-150km skiing, with most runs at an intermediate (red) level, while the Ahorn is mostly blue-run focussed, with a very long black run to town. The resorts are great for all levels of skiiers, offering ample blue, red and black runs. One of the most popular and lively ski resorts in Austria, Mayrhofen is famed for its après ski and has restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes – both on and off the hill.

Accommodation

We will be staying at the fantastic Sporthotel Manni, with a rooftop pool and spa. It is within easy walking distance to the gondola and town amenities.

Flights

The flights will leave from Gatwick going into Innsbruck. The outbound flight will depart Gatwick at 7am, arriving in Innsbruck at 9.35am. The return flight departs Innsbruck at 4.35pm and is scheduled to arrive back to Gatwick at 5.35pm

Your trip includes:

* Flights and 23kg luggage allowance
* Transfer to the resort
* Four-star accommodation and half board (with wine at dinner)
* Transfer to the glacier on one day
* Zillertaler Superskipass

For the four day trip, the cost is £1,995 plus VAT per person for a twin or double room. If you are travelling alone, a single room costs £2,325 plus VAT per person or you may share a twin room at £1,995 plus VAT and we will pair you with another single traveller.
