How to participate
The survey is divided into sections for licensed and unlicensed food and beverage venues and hotels, with two forms per section.
Ideally completed by your finance teams, covering data for the year to the end of December, 2024.
All individual data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and only aggregated insights will be published.
