Most recently, the industry has shifted towards the “premiumisation” of drinks dispense, with customers seeking new experiences with original, high-quality draught drinks. They are remembering these standout experiences and, crucially, returning to them.

With this emerging trend comes a requirement to satisfy these expectations with new solutions. A key part of what we do is offering free-of-tie equipment. This means venues aren’t locked into contracts with specific suppliers, giving them the freedom to choose the products that best suit their clientele. Whether it’s local craft beers or premium imports, the choice is theirs. Commercially, they can negotiate stronger listing fees and reduced barrelage too, putting them at a strategic advantage.

An example of how successful this approach is can be seen with well-known venues like Roxy Ballroom and Albert’s Schloss. Bucking the economic trend and both in the process of opening up additional new state-of-the-art sites to add to their portfolio, they have taken full advantage of owning their equipment, utilising the Brewfitt Future of Dispense system, whilst reaping the additional operational benefits too.

It isn’t just draught beer either; cocktail dispense is another area of innovation that is maturing into a key asset of groups like Roxy, and they are reaping the benefits. Traditionally, peak demand sees mixologists and bar staff resources stretched, only being able to fulfil so many orders, potentially missing out on crucial revenue.

Brewfitt has innovated with the Infuzer system, a nitrogen-infused cocktail dispense system. Quick pouring, easy to operate, and high-quality nitro-infused draught cocktails, the Infuzer system helps bar staff to serve more customers in a shorter period of time while returning higher margins on premium drinks. Another example of providing the industry with an innovative solution whilst satisfying customer demand.
