The correct ticket type, according to your membership, must be purchased.

Purchasing the incorrect ticket will make the ticket/pass invalid and entry to the event will be refused. If the correct ticket type is purchased in error, then you will be contacted to pay the difference. Payments will be refunded (less any transaction fees) provided that cancellations are received in writing by at least 21 days in advance of the event date.

No refund will be offered after this time. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.
